TYPE OF SEATS
We offer two different types of seats, Standard or Premium. Premium seats offer more features than standard seats. The exact features required by your organization will determine the number and type of seats you need. Please see the chart below for more details.
NUMBER OF SEATS
Seats refer to the number of phones or handsets within your organization. In general, 1 phone line can support 5 seats. For example, each employee will usually represent one seat, and you may require additional seats for conference rooms, support lines, and reception.
